FOOD & BEVERAGE GUARANTEE

In ensuring the highest level of presentation, service, and quality, we ask that you contact our event sales department (2) two weeks prior to the event. All food and beverage selections, guest count guarantee, and payment terms must be confirmed (7) seven days prior to the event date. After this time, you may add to this guest count but you may not lower it. Should the guaranteed attendance increase within ( 3) three business days of the event, an additional charge of 25% will apply per additional guest. Subject to product sourcing and availability. Please be advised that any substantive changes to a contracted order within 48hrs of the event date may be subject, at management's discretion, to a 10% late order fee applied to the entire cost of the event.

BEVERAGE SERVICES

Levy offers a full selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to complement your events. Alcoholic Beverages and services are regulated by the State of California, and as a licensee, we are responsible for the administration of these regulations.

  • We shall only serve Alcoholic Beverages to an individual who is at least ( 21) twenty-one years of age with valid identification. Levy will ask for identification of anyone that appears to be under ( 30) thirty years of age.

  • Alcoholic Beverages may not be brought onto the Chase Center property and may not be removed from the premises.

  • Levy reserves the right to refuse Alcoholic Beverage service to guests under the influence / intoxicated or any underage persons as deemed appropriate by management. We shall be permitted to request the removal of any of these guests.

  • Alcohol service will conclude ( 15) fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled end of the event. No extensions are allowed past the event end time.

EXCLUSIVE CATERER

Because Levy Restaurants exclusively furnishes all food and beverage products for Chase Center, guests are prohibited from bringing personal food or beverage without proper authorization.

SPECIALIZED ITEMS

Levy will endeavor to fulfill special menu requests, including kosher, halal, and other special diet meals whenever possible. We appreciate at least (5) five business days’ notice for this service.

SERVICE CHARGE & SALES TAX

Front-of-House labor costs are not included in the pricing outlined within this guide. These fees, which will be determined after the scope of the event is understood, will be added as a line item to the final order. Our final staff to guest ratio will vary based on the services requested and desired level of guest attention. Please note that all food and beverage items are subject to a 22% service charge, a 6% health and wellness fee for employee healthcare, plus applicable 8.625% California state tax. The administrative charge is for administration of the special function, including but not limited to: staffing, equipment, etc. It is not purported to be a gratuity and will not be distributed as gratuities to the employees who provided service to the guests. If you would like to reward your server for exemplary service, a gratuity is optional. Please feel free to speak to a manager for further clarification.

BANQUET EVENT ORDERS & CATERING AGREEMENT

A Banquet Event Order (BEO) outlining all catering services will be provided along with a Catering Agreement. The signed contract’s stated terms, addendum, and specific function sheets constitute the entire agreement between the client and Levy. Both these documents must be signed and fully executed in order to confirm the event on a definite basis.

CHINA SERVICE

China service ware or upscale disposable ware is available, additional charges will apply. Eco-friendly, biodegradable and disposable ware is standard for all catering services.


MENU PRICES

Menu prices are subject to change in the event of vendor/supplier price increases. We will notify you immediately if any of your planned services are affected by increased costs of goods.
